SHIPPING POLICY : When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • Aposonic does not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Aposonic does not offer International shipping options at this time.
  • Aposonic does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes.
  • Aposonic cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Package transition time does not include Saturday and Sunday. For example, Orders shipped on Friday for '3 Day-select' will be delivered on Wednesday (not Monday). UPS company doesn't count Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day.
  • Some items in your order may deliver with one or more separate shipments on different date. Please visit your order tracking page for more information about your packages.
  • Calculated shipping charge is based on your closest branch location. Shipping charge on online order is only valid on online order.

Aposonic fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

Aposonic uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that provides 128 bit encryption to process personal and financial information and we do not sell nor share personal information for any reason.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY : Aposonic’s warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship by the manufacturer and does not cover damages resulting from normal usage or the user's negligence. Water damaged and burned circuit (due to using wrong power voltage) will not be covered by our warranty. Aposonic provides 18 month warranty on our Cameras and & DVR Products from the date of purchase.

If you suspect or conclude a malfunctioning product that is in warranty, please contact support department and let our technician verify the symptom and it is important to have a purchase receipt ready as an attachable email file (recommend) or printed receipt, our RMA department will issue an RMA# and complete warranty service instructions will be included.

You may return most items, unless other specified, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorize by our RMA department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made within 3 business days from receipt of order

We must receive return merchandise within 7 business days after RMA Number has been issued. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments will be refused.

Aposonic will only provide an exchange for a product that (1) is in its original condition, (2) contains all accompanying parts, and (3) is unopened in its original package.

Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The return item must have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items altered in any way will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause damage to the original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted for return.

Please note that support can be resolved instantly, some incidents will take additional research time. We care for our customers and frequently reminding users always be responsible take the time to have a daily back-up their data to avoid loss.
